CoinDrop simplifies financial transactions for our workforce. It is a user-friendly online ecosystem that connects the employee to traditional and non-traditional financial service providers. CoinDrop is a voluntary financial benefits platform where corporate HR can curate the employee experience by selecting partners to provide loan, remittance, bills payment, investment, and other approved products and services at no cost and liability to the company. Employee payments are made through an integrated salary deduction system installed within the company’s accounting structure.

Launched in 2019, CoinDrop is an affiliate of Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. (BPOI), the largest Filipino-owned HR and Finance & Accounting outsourcing company. BPOI is a pioneer in the local business process outsourcing industry and is the trusted expert in payroll management and disbursement for the last 30 years. As such, CoinDrop is managed in accordance to ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 Standards as BPOI’s core payroll products and is fully compliant with the Data Privacy Act.
